So, there's this kid, Matty Mills. I remember in grade school he was the only other kid in a wheelchair. I remember his parents began talking to my parents about the handicaps of their children. I remember being in chorus with him in sixth grade and we would joke about being on the front row shorter than everyone cause of our chairs. I remember when he had to get throat surgery. I remember when his parents adopted a tiny, cute, little Asian girl. I remember every morning when his dad would wheel him into school and he would always say hi and ask me how I was doing. I remember never knowing what was wrong with him, I just remember him always being in a chair, and when he wasn't he had leg braces. I remember not really seeing much of him this past year.

I remember an hour ago when I found out he went into cardiac arrest. I remember when I found out he died this morning.
